Last Updated: 01-01-2026
Welcome to Opearl Jewellery.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Opearl Jewellery website, www.opearl.com (the “Website”), and your purchase of products and services from Opearl Jewellery (“Opearl”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Opearl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.
These Terms are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.
1. About Opearl
The Website is operated by Opearl Jewellery, a business established and operating in the State of Qatar.

2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
-
Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems.
-
Interfere with the operation or security of the Website.
-
Introduce malicious software, code, or other harmful material.
-
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission.
-
Use automated systems to collect or extract Website content without our permission.
-
Impersonate another person or provide false information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our business, our customers, or other users.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, measurements, materials, and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.
However, jewellery is a physical product and certain variations may occur.
In particular:
-
The colour or appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
-
Natural pearls may vary in colour, shape, size, surface characteristics, lustre, and other natural features.
-
Handmade jewellery may contain minor variations resulting from the individual nature of the craftsmanship.
-
Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
-
Product photographs may be enlarged or presented for illustrative purposes and may not represent the actual physical size of the product.
Natural characteristics and reasonable handmade variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
We will not intentionally provide misleading or deceptive information about our products.
Qatar's Consumer Protection Law requires suppliers to provide correct information about goods and prohibits false or deceptive descriptions or advertising.
4. Product Availability
All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.
We may change, discontinue, or temporarily suspend the availability of a product at any time.
If you place an order for a product that becomes unavailable before your order can be fulfilled, we will contact you and may offer:
-
A suitable alternative;
-
A revised delivery arrangement; or
-
A refund, where applicable.
5. Prices
-
All product prices displayed on the Website are stated in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise indicated.
-
The applicable price is the price displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing error.
-
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
-
Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
-
Qatar's Consumer Protection Law requires suppliers to clearly display or advertise prices and entitles consumers to a dated invoice containing relevant transaction information.
6. Orders
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation by email or another electronic communication.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order may be cancelled or declined where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product is unavailable;
-
There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
-
Payment cannot be authorised or completed;
-
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
-
Delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate; or
-
Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
7. Payment
We may accept payment through the payment methods displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
Depending on the payment method selected, payment may be processed by a third-party payment service provider.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your payment.
We do not normally store your complete payment card details. Payment information may be processed directly by the applicable payment service provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
An order will generally be processed only after the required payment has been successfully authorised or received.
8. Delivery
We currently provide delivery services in accordance with the delivery options and charges displayed on the Website.
Delivery times shown on the Website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by:
-
Product availability;
-
Customisation or handmade production time;
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
-
Customer availability;
-
Traffic or operational conditions;
-
Public holidays;
-
Weather;
-
Third-party delivery providers; or
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the information provided by the customer is incorrect or because the customer is unavailable, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
Further details are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend that you inspect your jewellery promptly after delivery.
If the product appears damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@opearl.com and provide your order number and relevant photographs or other evidence.
This does not affect any mandatory rights available to you under applicable Qatar consumer protection law.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please review that policy before placing an order.
Where a product is defective or does not conform to applicable requirements, Opearl will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Qatar's Consumer Protection Law provides that, where a commodity is defective or does not conform to prescribed standard specifications, the supplier must provide an applicable remedy such as refund, exchange, or free repair.
Nothing in our Refund & Return Policy or these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
11. Customised and Made-to-Order Jewellery
Opearl may offer customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery.
Before production begins, customers may be asked to confirm specifications such as:
-
Design;
-
Materials;
-
Pearl type;
-
Pearl size;
-
Metal type;
-
Ring or bracelet size;
-
Engraving;
-
Other personalisation requirements.
Once a customised order has entered production, changes or cancellation may not be possible or may result in costs associated with materials or work already undertaken.
Customised products may also be subject to different return conditions because they have been made according to the customer's specific requirements.
Any applicable return rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
12. Natural Pearls and Natural Materials
Opearl specialises in pearl jewellery, including jewellery incorporating natural pearls.
Natural pearls are not manufactured to be perfectly identical. Variations in:
-
Shape;
-
Colour;
-
Size;
-
Lustre;
-
Surface characteristics;
-
Matching between individual pearls; and
-
Other natural characteristics
may occur.
These characteristics are part of the natural nature of pearl materials and may contribute to the individual character of each piece.
Where a product description identifies a particular pearl type, material, treatment, or characteristic, Opearl will endeavour to provide the product as described.
13. Jewellery Care
Jewellery should be handled and cared for appropriately.
Pearls and other jewellery materials may be sensitive to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, moisture, abrasion, heat, or improper storage.
Customers are responsible for following any jewellery care instructions provided with their purchase.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, modification, unauthorised repair, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not be covered by any applicable warranty or return arrangement, subject to mandatory legal rights.
14. Jewellery Consultation
Opearl may offer jewellery consultation services, including assistance with:
-
Identifying and evaluating jewellery;
-
Pearl selection;
-
Jewellery design;
-
Customisation;
-
Product selection; and
-
General jewellery information.
Information provided during a consultation is intended for general informational and jewellery-related purposes.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, a consultation does not constitute an independent professional valuation, certification, appraisal, investment recommendation, or guarantee of future market value.
Where a formal valuation or certification is required, customers should obtain an assessment from an appropriately qualified and independent professional.

We may remove or decline to publish content that we consider inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with our website standards.

-
Only one promotional code may be used per order where specified.
-
Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
-
Opearl reserves the right to correct obvious errors in promotional offers.
Specific promotional terms displayed at the time of the offer will take precedence over this section where there is a conflict.
18. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the Website available and information accurate, but we do not guarantee that:
-
The Website will always be available or uninterrupted;
-
All information will always be complete or error-free;

19. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use or provide links to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery services, social media platforms, analytics services, or other external websites.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Opearl is not responsible for the independent operation, content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Where a payment or other transaction is processed by a third party, that provider's applicable terms may also apply to the relevant part of the transaction.
20. Privacy
Your use of the Website and our handling of your personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the rights available to you.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Opearl will not be responsible for losses that arise solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, these Terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded, or rights arising from defective or non-conforming products.
Qatar's Consumer Protection Law provides that a contractual condition purporting to relieve a supplier from obligations imposed by the law may be invalid.
22. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Opearl will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, where applicable:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Severe weather;
-
Fire;
-
Flood;
-
Epidemics or pandemics;
-
Government action;
-
Changes in law or regulation;
-
Public emergencies;
-
Transportation disruptions;
-
Telecommunications or internet failures;
-
Payment-system failures;
-
Labour disruptions; or
-
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
23. Suspension or Cancellation of Orders
Opearl may suspend or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to:
-
Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity;
-
Unauthorised payment activity;
-
Material errors in product information or pricing;
-
Product unavailability;
-
Failure to receive required payment;
-
Incorrect or incomplete customer information; or
-
Other circumstances that make fulfilment impracticable or unlawful.
Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will provide an applicable refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or a transaction with Opearl shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
25. Changes to These Terms
Opearl may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, services, Website, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

The remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the following policies and information published on the Website, constitute the principal terms governing your use of Opearl's Website and your purchases from Opearl:
